Pleasant Grove participates in vote by mail. City elections are managed by Utah County.

When must a ballot be returned?

Ballots must be mailed and clearly postmarked before Election Day or placed in the ballot box at the Pleasant Grove City office building by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.

Ho do I return my voted ballot?

You may return your voted ballot by mail. Postage is required. Return your ballot early to ensure it is counted in the Election Night reports. BALLOTS MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 5. Save a stamp and drop your ballot at one of our droplocations in most City Recorders Offices. Visit www.utahcounty.gov/elections for a complete list of locations.

What if I did not receive a ballot?

If you did not receive your ballot in the mail, you will need to update your voter registration at http://vote.utah.gov

Some voters may need to vote in person

If you did not receive a ballot or you need the amenities of the electronic voting equipment, you may vote in person during the Early Voting Period: Oct. 30, 31 and Nov. 1 ,2. Or, on Election Day November 6 at any of our 24 Voter Service Centers. Be sure to bring ID and proof of residency. Registration

Please be sure you are registered to vote! If you have changed your name or address, even within the city, it is necessary to re-register. To register to vote in Utah, you must: 

  • Be a citizen in the United States
  • Have resided in Utah at least 30 days immediately before the next election
  • Be at least 18 years old on or before the next election
