NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit – Located at 564 W 700 S, Bldg 3

Public Hearing to consider the request of Ryan Litke for a conditional use permit to allow a sports and fitness training facility on property located at 564 West 700 South, Building 3, in the MD (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone.

Public Hearing to consider the request of Mckay Christensen to create an overlay zone, called The Boulevard Mixed-Use (BMU) Overlay, that provides for flexibility in creating master-planned communities that include commercial, office and mixed-use buildings as well as a variety of housing types.

Public Hearing: Rezone – Located at Approx. 234 S Pleasant Grove Blvd
