Welcome to the City of Pleasant Grove! We are pleased that you have decided to reside and/or do business in our City, one that is rich in history and culture. Additionally, we hope that you are able to enjoy and participate in the many services and amenities offered by the City, which include the public parks and a diverse set of recreational programs. The City also provides important municipal services, such as public safety, road maintenance, snow plowing, and water distribution and treatment.

In regards to your water/sewer account, the City offers a direct payment program through www.xpressbillpay.com. For new residents or those needing to move from one location in Pleasant Grove to the next, a link to the application form for your desired Utilities is below.

City Hall, located at 70 S 100 E, is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, Friday’s 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. Phone 801-785-5045. There is a drop box on the north east side of the building. Payments can be dropped off there or again can be paid through xpressbillpay.com
