“A Universe of Stories” Summer Reading Program

Discover It: Meditation - Stress Management and Mindful Living

Join us for a 20-minute presentation. Afterward, the presenter will lead the class into a relaxing meditation. Please bring your own yoga mat or pillows for the meditation portion.
