Animal Control is responsible for enforcing ordinance of the City and protecting residents from violent and destructive animals, as well as the welfare of the animals in our city.
Licenses
Licensing your pet is an annual obligation
Licenses are available at the North Utah Valley Animal Shelter in Lindon
Dogs over the age of four months must be licensed with the City
License fees are $15.00 for a spayed or neutered animals and $35.00 for an unaltered animal
Vaccinations
All dogs and cats be current with their rabies vaccinations
Bring proof of the rabies vaccination when coming in to get a license for your dog or cat.
Pets at Large
City ordinance requires that dogs and cats are kept contained, whether on the pet owner’s property or anywhere else within the city limits.
